Sitting within the Global Operations function, Global Sourcing Operations (GSO) is an organization managing the Sourcing, Project Leadership, Quality and Supply Chain for a broad scope of Sourced OEM Products including but not limited to Home Comfort, Food Preparation, Food Preservation, Wine Appliances, Fabric Care, Dish Care, Water Care, Floor Care and Small Domestics Appliances for the APAC, Middle East Africa, Europe, North America and Latin America regions.

Within the GSO structure there is an opportunity for the position of Purchase Demand Planning Coordinator in GSO BA facing organization. The candidate is responsible for managing Demand Consolidation, Demand & Supply Balancing, PO Release, Inbound Allocation and Capacity Prioritization for their sector together with collecting inputs from GSO Supplier facing team.
Through the cross-funcional cooperation with BA, Sourcing, Global Logistics, Global Product Line and Global Project the candidate should ensure that business targets are always met cost effectively. 


Your focus will be the following:
• Collection and consolidation of open forecast from BA
• Ensuring that BA is applied forecast consumption
• CDD dates check and rejection in case of discrepancies
• Open PO collection from Inbound Supply Team
• Consolidation of total demand
• Sharing buying volume with BA, Global PL and Finance and further analyze buying volume development based on rolling 12m
• Submission of unconstrained demand to supplier facing GSO team
• Collecting inputs from supplier facing GSO team on capacity and material availability
• PO Release (MOQ check and frozen production plan check vs requested ETD)
• Allocation & Prioritization in case of capacity and material constrains and proposing solution on allocation decision with respect of Global Product Line input 
• Submission of constrained demand to BA
• Driving DSB process:
- Agree level loading actions by reviewing supplier fill rate
- Calculate BA reserved capacity at critical suppliers
- Coordinate level loading actions with BA together with instructing about pull-forward/ push-out
- Monitor level loading actions and follow up with BA
• Submission of constrained demand to BA
• Performance tracking and Accuracy Reporting

• Pragmatic, ensuring the solutions are always realistic and achievable 
• Team player 
• Used to working effectively under pressure 

• College (BA/BSc) or University (MA/MSc) degree 
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain 
• Fluent English knowledge is required, any other language will be an advantage 
• MS Office knowledge
• Logistics studies will be an advantage 
• SAP knowledge
• E-Luminate knowledge
• Experience in integrated planning system is an advantage
