Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Responsible for IPO agency fee invoicing process, including data extraction, invoices preparation and communication with inter-co stakeholders; ensure timely and accurate month/year end closing for agent fee billing; Consolidate all type of agent fee billing information and prepare the summary report
  • Responsible for IPO accounting and reporting, including monthly reconciliation between accounting system vs IPO agent fee report and functional cost report; Prepare communication summary on a monthly basis to business area about agent fee charge and functional cost allocation; Work closely with GSSC to ensure the accuracy.
  • Perform monthly evaluation for foreign currency receipt and payment, verify realized exchange gain and loss
  • Prepare monthly audit adjustment information to FSSC
  • Support functional cost control, including data collection from different sources and consolidation per management’s requirement; Support periodic functional cost analysis and comment for deviation vs budget and forecast.
  • Other ad-hoc assignment

 

 

Need Competencies:

 

 

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ experience related to accounting or finance reporting;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Strong self-motivation and have the drive to meet the expectation of both timing and accuracy;
  • Good command in written English and Mandarin. Fluent in spoken English is a plus
