Key Operational responsibilities:

• Work as a financial business partner to two Directors - Indirect material and Logistics - and the commodity managers. 
• Be part of the European controlling community and work closely with the Global group.
• Coordinate and drive the budget, forecast and strategic plan process within the two teams (Indirect material and Logistics) purchasing;
• Work closed to Operations for supporting the better decision.
• Be an active member of different projects as a functional expert
• Analyze existing processes to identify further business improvements 
• Implement and development a standard reporting methodology on indexes and impact regarding price developments, payment terms and other important performance with the factories, the countries and the central organization 
• Preparation and analysis of financial results - Create deviation analysis vs budget and forecasts - Report monthly and quarterly key figures with necessary accuracy and completeness in time 
• Support the managers with all necessary and relevant management information - Coordinate and support common method use within the indirect material commodity and in relation to factories, countries and central organization 
• Follow up special projects and risk management.
• Create deviation analysis vs budget and forecasts 
• Identify and challenge critical areas for improvements and drive understanding of the correlation between figures and activities
• Support  commodity managers with all necessary and relevant management information
• Ensure the correct use and maintain the correct calculation methods, processes and procedures in Purchasing 
• Ensure training for newcomers in the controlling department in the factories concerning purchasing reports.
• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the appropriate database

Competencies needed:


• University degree in business administration/economics or similar
• 5 years experience in controlling or similar financial areas, preferably in a multinational environment
• Good Knowledge of IT tools ( e.g.MS Office, SAP)

Languages:
