-Resolves nonconforming material application issues. -Develop various fixtures and tools to resolve quality issues. -Determining root-cause of First-Time quality defects and recommending process improvements. -Taking mechanical and electrical measurements, collecting data, analyzing data, and generating reports. -Performing inspections, audits, and testing on various parts and materials in dishwasher. -Performing process and material checks throughout various stages of manufacturing Performing other duties as assigned or directed. -Supervise and direct quality line auditors. -Responsible for applying all requirements related to EMS, ISO9001/14001/50001/Green Spirit according to the position.

Minimum Qualification

-Associate of Applied Science degree or equivalent experience and knowledge. -PC skills (Word, Excel)/Mini-Tab. -Must have proven problem-solving skills and ability. -Ability to perform basic mathematical computations/Conduct statistical analysis. Process capability studies. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical witting skills. -Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge sufficient to evaluate product, components, and materials. -Ability to use basic measuring instruments: calipers, torque meter, torque wrench, force gauges, pin gauges, etc. -Ability to use basic electrical multimeter to measure voltage, amperage & wattage and to understand their application to dishwashers. -Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. -Knowledge in energy management systems ISO 50001 (Significant Energy Uses, Energy Policy, objectives and actions plans).
