Open location: role to be located preferably in Stockholm, Sweden but possible to be Germany, Italy or Poland as well.

As a Range Manager at Electrolux you will be part of a global team. In the role, you will develop and execute ranges based on the Generation Plan, Business Needs and Consumer Insights. You will be responsible for the range definition and price positioning, within the frame of seasonal ranging

 

Your main tasks:

•Ranging tasks as needed in PD project

•Support DVTs and MVTs  

•Define, together with clusters, detailed launch plans per project, including models, brand, cluster, timing dimensions

•Regular contacts with Clusters on ranging, launches, events

•Support in profitability monitoring

•Support ECM during BU/EAs on range availability

•Regular competitor range benchmark

•Range Competitor analysis 

•Monitor together with the Clusters short term competitor moves (promotions etc )

•Model Catalogue definition, preparation and updates including Target Launch Price, based on Range Architecture

•MC detailed discussion with clusters and model commonality, incl. Customer Delivery Date

•Liaise with Product Manager for range ramp up

•Implement biz opportunities, promotion planning with Clusters and liaise with Product Manager for ramp up

•Collect STK1 estimations for PNCs, based on new features estimations

•STK approval for new PNCs

•Sample and prototype planning with clusters

•Support in setting the Target Launch Price with clusters

•Monitor prices with clusters

•Review and action NVR’s with pricing/profitability outside thresholds

•Range complexity reduction coordination with PM and Clusters in agreement with category targets

•Ensure correct number of base models to cover important sweet spots             

Channel and monitor quality issues input from clusters

•Drive discussions for CEP opportunities with clusters

•Identify potential CEP actions

•Support definition of allocation-mode priorities

 

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business or Marketing

• Ranging & Range Architecture

• Product Positioning and Product management

• Business understanding and analysis

• Pricing 

• Consumer insight

• Competition Trends & Ranges

• Channel & Customer Planning

• Team worker with strong communication skills

• Proactivity and aptitude in problem-solving

• Able to adapt to challenging and changing situations

• Act with sense of urgency

• Negotiation and influencing capabilities

• Fluency in English

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)

• Availability to travel
