Following our Purpose to Shape the future of Taste for our Customers, You will drive and manage projects with different levels of complexity and durations and assignments coordinated to obtain strategic objectives, in alignment with New Product Roadmap

Deals with Steering Committee Chairman and Members, ensuring the program execution and mitigating risks.

You will be based in Forlì, in our CX Area Taste team, inside the R&D Sourced Products NA Group, dealing with internationally cross BA and Cross Functional Teams.

Responsibilities:
·  Lead project teams and ensure proper level of communication at different level of the project organization and stakeholders
·  Plans and ensures execution of project deliverables within time and budget (plan activities, including sequencing, identification of dependencies, duration and resource needs, cost estimations, budgeting and control).
·  Support and drive projects from project definition to the approval of series production, and After Implementation Feedback
·  Present/Reports in CP-meetings/steering team meetings
·  Use development/quality tools like FMEA´s, project planning tools, quality plans, test plan and follow up actions to ensure best quality product
·  Create invest requests when applicable
·  Control costs to targets (product cost and project CAPEX and resource plan)

Qualifications:
·  Degree in Engineering or Design related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
·  Relevant work experience in a function and involvement in Project/Product Management, Project Coordination and/or Project Administration.
·  Extensive knowledge of engineering concepts and materials (for example metals and plastics, hardware, software or electronic systems, and etc.)
·  Project Management skills
·  Good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
·  Ability to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization
·  Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
