We are currently looking to hire a Regional HR Advisor that will support the HRBP in providing leadership on the people aspects of business plans and solutions to business management on people and organizational issues. This position’s focus is on the Central & Eastern Europe Commercial organization. The role offers an opportunity to work with a variety of cultures, various sizes of organisations across the region and gradually become more independent and step into the role of HR Business Partner in the future.

Your main duties include:

• Support the HR Business Partner of the organization in the delivery of the people plan and HR strategy
• Utilize the HR knowledge to blend and deliver practical solutions to the business
• Understand business’s context and challenges and contribute to provide a comprehensive generalist HR specific advice to Line Managers 
• Providing expertise support on various HR processes: recruitment and employee onboarding, performance management while supporting various HR systems 
• Playing an important role in coordinating various development initiatives, especially supporting the orgnisation and deliver of the local external trainings
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of annual and periodic activities including but not limited to the Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement Survey, Talent Review
• Undertaking and delivering ad hoc metric reporting where required
• Engaging with the wide HR community in the roll out of HR initiatives and projects across the assigned organization
• Supporting ongoing HR evolution/changes through revision of HR tools

You have:

• Preferably a relevant Business Management or People Science University degree (i.e. HR or Sociology) 
• A proven track record of working within HR, most likely in generalist role (min 2-3 years)
• Previous exposure to Regional / Global roles/projects within HR will be an asset 
• Business experience (non-HR) is an asset
• Proven ability of working in a network 
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills on all levels 
• Good analytical ability 
• A continuous improvement driven approach 
• Attitude to develop a sharp business acumen 
• Creativity and courage to challenge the status quo
• Excellent English skills
