In this role you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Electrolux and a number of Independent Retail Accounts, including some of our Key Retail Accounts and to ensure that these accounts are supported and trained to effectively represent our products. You will be the commercial lead for assigned geographical region (based around, but not limited to the M60 / M62 / M1 Corridor).  Responsible and accountable for total performance.


•Responsible and accountable for the financial and commercial performance of all allocated customers within assigned geographical region. Use commercial acumen to spend time efficiently and impact total performance of account portfolio
•Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
•Ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and director level
•Identifying business trends and reacting accordingly to capitalize on opportunities in collaboration with the wider team
•Strategic business planning in order to maximise your areas full business potential
•Create high performance relationships to drive sales, customer satisfaction and good team ethics
•Forecast and track key account metrics such as profitability and performance
•Provide a monthly sales forecast in order to ensure stock availability
•Drive promotional activity in store and analyse results
•Appraisal and feedback of own performance within region that includes risks and opportunities
•Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail 
•Being responsible for ensuring all internal admin is completed in a timely manner, including product orders and correspondence with accounts 
•Manage the relationship and activity with our in house SAM training team
•Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure time spent is both efficient and effective with deliverable actions
•Apply the principles of consultative selling to ensure we take a customer-centric approach to sales, with regular and meaningful telephone and email contact and face to face meetings. 
•Acting as an ambassador for Electrolux and ensuring a feedback loop is created back into the business to help shape the future of our channel and its strategy
•100% CRM Compliance ensuring customer records / CRM Database is kept up to date


• 3+ years of experience of remote Key Account Management 
•Excellent time and project management skills - You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
•Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
•Deep digital understanding
•Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
•Ability to deliver results in line with business objectives
•First class communications skills with strong and confident presentation skills
•Proven negotiation, advisory and influencing skills
•Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
•Proven field management experience and excellent organisational skills
•Tenacious approach with a positive mind set
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Experience of using a CRM solution
•Good analytical and numeracy skills
•Contributes to the overall team success through building effective relationships and delivering targets
