Your Role

This is Regional Sales Manager for East Area (Kalimantan and Sulawesi Island)

Responsible in overall Sales growth. Proven ability to manage modern and traditional market, project sales relationships, Monitor Sales target achievement for all channels.

A Typical Day

Develop sales by identifying potential business opportunities as well as gathering market research from the team on market trends and positioning to increase market share.
Plan, manage and monitor sales objectives, Gross Margin by very close follow up and guidance to the Sales team to ensure implementation of sales target, ensure profitability and increase of market share
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans and short-term tactical plans by applying the segment- and national strategies and guidelines to the local company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, to ensure revenue growth and profit maximization.
Close monitoring and following up the implementation of agreed action plans to ensure that the overall objectives will be met.
Develop and implement standard procedures, processing and reporting to ensure the implantation of best practice is achieved through the retail and project teams.
Organize, develop, motivate and lead sales teams by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, following-up and monitoring each team member in line with Electrolux competencies, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the whole teams.
Conduct, controlling and increasing sales according to sales targets set every month
Conduct promotion activities that have been set by the company
Monitoring product mix selling activity in the store and supervise the activities of promoters placed in each store.
Maintain relationship with dealers & distributors

Minimum Qualification

Who you are

5-10 years’ experiences Sales (general trade) from FMCG or consumer appliance industries (same Industry as priority)
Holding bachelor’s degree
Good communications with all type customer, good negotiation skill
Having leadership skill with experiences handling team
Entrepreneur with sales relationship management. Compassionate with Customer oriented
Good English proficiency
