You will be located in Zarow in new and modern laboratory, surrounded by friendly multinational and diverse team.

On this position you will perform tests on appliances or components, interpreter and follow up on test results. Your tasks will be of technical nature. Your role as a Life Test Engineer become more and more important. Be conscious that Reliability make things more economical. Reliable products are more environmentally friendly. Reliability/durability of our products are a key enabler for consumers to repurchase Electrolux products.

·        Define relevant specifications and ensure testing on:
o   Components reliability
o   Product reliability
o   Components performance
o   Materials
·        Prepare and maintain the reliability systematic
·        Ensure the preparation and maintenance of the relevant documentation
·        Ensure alignment on test methodologies with other Laboratories in CX Care organization
·        Support the definition and drive with the team the execution of the test plans for all projects and product care
·        Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO9001/14001
·        Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations

·        University degree and preferably experience in Reliability testing
·        Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies (Weibull analysis, Methods of reliability test planning, Risk analysis in early development phases, FMEA, FTA, Damage accumulation, Fatigue Strength, DoE, etc..)
·        Precision in activities and resources planning
·        Ability to take initiative and produce results
·        Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals and to inspire stakeholders also on new thinking
·        Fluent English, with good written and verbal communication skills
