We are looking for a Risk Manager to advise us on various types of risks (business, operational, financial, legal and security.) You will identify potential threats and create plans to prevent and mitigate problems. Ultimately, you will ensure that our company secures its reputation and profitability by controlling risk.

You will be responsible for placing and manage group insurance programs, as well as related claims.

As Risk Manager, you will also manage the Group’s loss prevention initiatives, including the survey program Electrolux Professional Blue Risk, loss prevention support to operations, and special projects for the Group’s management.

Finally you will be responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management.

In this role, you should be highly perceptive and methodical. You should work closely and with integrity with the various business areas and functions and also have the ability to communicate effectively and present your plans in a convincing way.

Responsibilities

Your activities will likely include:


As Risk Manager
• planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization
• risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
• establishing and quantifying the organization's 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept
• securing that product safety matters are properly managed and reported
• risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences, for example, to the board of directors so they understand the most significant risks, to business heads to ensure they are aware of risks relevant to their parts of the business and to individuals to understand their accountability for individual risks
• providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.

As Insurance Manager
• placing and manage group insurance programs like Property Damage, General & Product liability, Cargo, Business Travel or Financial lines. 
• support the organization in the claim management related to the group insurances

As Responsible for Loss Prevention
• maintain, improve, develop and communicate the loss prevention guidelines
• maintain and improve Electrolux Professional Blue Risk tool
• negotiate terms of engineering services with external suppliers

Education & experience (Minimum qualifications)
• Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Legal or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of Risk Management experience.
• Profound knowledge of insurance coverage and insurance underwriting process.
• Proven time management and IT skills.
• Language skills: excellent English written and spoken is required
