  • Leading RTR personnel assigned under the overall RTR organization in the SSC;
  • Strategic SSC Partner for Business Units and thus driving deliverables through all SSC functions
  • Ensuring that consistent best practice controls are in place and meet Electrolux quality and compliance standards;
  • Sharing knowledge in that respect with other country process supervisors, in own country group and the rest of the SSC; and
  • Challenge and drive positive changes into best practices in terms of the process and people management.


  • Lead RtR process according to the agreed governance model;
  • Ensuring that appropriate RtR processes, controls, policies and procedures are in place and comply with Electrolux standards;
  • Managing and monitoring RtR process performance according to given rules;
  • Ensuring that quality of service for meets your customers’ expectations;
  • Resolution of delivery problems and dealing with complex client questions that your team members cannot resolve themselves;
  • Timely and properly escalation to the Shared Service Center (SSC) APAC Director and RtR Process Manager as well as Business Unit controllers (as per governance framework) problems that reach beyond the scope of transactional RtR activities;
  • Supporting, if required, other process areas.
  • Lead assigned RtR and matrix Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams in spotting and resolving recurring performance problems and in initiating improvement activities;
  • Actively promote/implement mentoring within your area;
  • Ensuring that levels of productivity and quality for the RtR process area continuously improve;
  • Providing visible leadership to the GL teams, promoting the desired SSC culture and ensuring that required levels of performance are achieved;
  • Actively support in the execution of listed RtR processes;
  • Drive standardization of the SSC and Regional RtR Processes, innovate, lead and drive improvements within all Shared Service Centre Processes
  • Support / lead improvement initiatives as driven by the Global / Regional office or the other project offices as agreed with shared services management;
  • Drive end to end process and business solutions, having strategic view point leveraging local business and finance personnel as well as AR and AP team members who matrix report to you while running projects.
  • Organizing and ccontributing to periodic meetings with RtR Team Leaders and participating in meetings with other country process managers;
  • Planning and managing work of given teams so as to meet operational plans;
  • Monitoring, coaching and supporting team leaders;
  • Planning development opportunities and career goals of team members with the ultimate goal of developing and retaining employees;
  • Actively undertaking activities to increase your own competency portfolio in order to ensure continued effective service delivery within the SSC;


  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration. Management/ Economic/ Finance/Accounting/ Banking/Commerce or equivalent; relevant professional qualification (ACMA, ACA, CPA);
    MS Office, SAP, JDE (or other ERP system) knowledge;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in post qualification accounting and finance,2 to 3 years’ experience in a middle management role, including staff management, experienced with Shared Service Centre environment, people & change management as well as working in a multicultural, international environment , understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment;
  • Passion to innovation, customer obsession, drive for results, communicative, team orientated, with analytical thinking, patient, paying attention to the details, organised, training skills, leadership skills, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate people, with the ability to plan and prioritize own work and other team members, taking ownership and responsibility of outstanding issues and queries;
  • Transition experience and/or ERP implementation experience;
  • Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment;
