Electrolux Appliances Spa, based in Milan, is looking for Sales Administration Specialist who will be responsible of the discount/listing price maintenance in SAP for the ERT channel with a particular attention to customer rebates management. He/She will report directly to the Price Revenue Manager.

A typical day at work:
•Pricing Management: fix and promo discount management following the pricing policy;
•Credit notes management regarding calculation of customer bonus, constant communication with the Customer Service Team for the credit notes issue and with Sales to monitor the customer spending;
•Customer Revenue Maintenance: administrative management of customer bonus: creation of accruals in SAP, control and check of customer contracts, constant reports updating to monitor the customer trends;
•Customer Agreement Management: check and archive customer contracts;
•Assist Price Revenue Manager in analysis and reports regarding actual and forecast data;
•Create and update standard reports regarding extra discount requests and monitor local and national flyers spending.

Education & skills:
•Higher education in Business Management/Economics ;
•2 years’ experience in Pricing Management;
•SAP knowledge is considered a plus;
•Good knowledge of Excel
•Both English and Italian excellent Knowledge.
