Sales Assistant Manager
Responsible in traditional growth. Oversee promotors for all modern market channel. Proven ability to manage key account relationships, Monitor AR aging and Sales target achievement for modern channel
A TYPICAL DAY
· Follow up, monitor, control and develop sales within account responsibility to achieve sales target of the account
· Prepare, plan, propose and promotion to achieve sales target of the account
· Controlling the stock position of active SKU
· Follow up and settle of account payment
· Controlling selling price
· Prepare sales report
· Coordinate with Product Team to Conduct product knowledge training together
· Coordinate with Trade Marketing Dept to Control & monitor SPG/SPM’s working capability, performance & discipline
· Monitor cleanliness and completeness for display products
· Maintain good relationship with buyers and stores
· Build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your Customers and across functions.
· You keep the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective to encouraging cross-collaboration, utilising diversity and encouraging open feedback.
· You can manage changing priorities with ease.
