Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, the Sales Development Advisor is required to perform an outbound calling role driving Sales within an allocated region whilst delivering and providing excellent customer service to customers.

Your main duties will be:
• Generating and maintaining a sales pipeline of customers through leads generation, qualifying leads and identifying key decision makers with previous, existing and new customers for Electrolux professional.
• Qualifying leads and regularly updating customer information on the sales database.
• High volume of outbound calls from the sales database to create and identify sales opportunities for Area Sales Managers.
• Working closely with the Marketing Team to promote and generate and qualify leads on various targeted marketing campaigns.
• Establish good working relationships with Area Sales managers to work collaboratively in generating and closing sales opportunities.
• Manage the sales database of existing, new and old customers to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new revenue streams whilst building good relationships.  
• Working in conjuntion with Area Managers, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and arranging appointments accordingly. 
• Manage and regularly update sales pipeline of target customers including follow ups, building a rapport and relationship with relevant stakeholders.
• Continually learning about Electrolux products and services to provide up to date information to customers and use this as selling features.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. 
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to probe and identify decision makers and sales opportunities.
• Good knowledge of telephone and computer systems with the ability and desire to learn.
• Excellent spoken and written English

• Well organised to plan and manage own workload and sales pipeline
