Business Area & the role
As a team member of Sales Operations, should lead the sales planning and analysing the result with P&L.
For operating this role, sales planner have to work corss-functionally with sales team (Key account Manager) and Product line and Support function. (SOP, SCM, Accounting Team)
Annual Financial Targets (Sales, Integrated Sales Margin)
Effectiveness of Promotions and other Trade promotion initiatives (ROI) in perspective of sell-in side
Manage various project to creative competitive deliverables with strict timeline management KPI
Stock management for stable sales & trade promotion plan.
Find out new biz opportunity through interactive & proactive co-work with Sales
Coordinate to make a business plan for setting the channel strategy.

University graduate or more, economics or business (preferred)
Experience and Skill Requirements
Over the 5-8 Years of proven track record in the area of Sales or trade marketing experience for FMCG or Home appliace industry in global and local companies.
In-depth knowledge of modern trade and multi channel experiences Incr. E-commerce. (preferred).
High level of skill for developing channel-fit Go-To-Market strategy.
High level of skill for analyzing data and finding implication from data.
High level of Microsoft office - Excel / Access (preferred)
Good command of reading, writing and speacking of Korean and English (Preferred)
