支持全渠道范围内各产品线的订单管理

 

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY

 

接收销售订单,核对订单内容;

ERP系统中录入有效销售订单;

与销售和财务核对订单价格,并跟进价格修订和信用解保;

ERP系统内打印提单

与储运和计划一起,协调和跟进发运;

退货订单、换货订单以及其他订单类型的跟进;

跟进错票、换票及其他与订单流程有关的特殊事件;

对系统内缺货订单和历史订单及时清理;

参与订单相关的各类数据报告准备;

参与订单流程的改进,以及订单流程KPI的完成。

                                                                                                                                 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

             

Educational Background  / Professional Qualification  Requirement 学历/专业资格要求

大专以上,行政、文秘或财务专业优先

 

Work Experience Requirement   工作经验要求

1-2 years operation working experience in international company or above, prefer in Durable

Consumer Goods Industry or FMCG ;

1-2年以上外企销售运营工作经验,耐用消费品或快速消费品行业优先;

or或者

1 year order process working experience in international company or above, prefer in Durable

Consumer Goods Industry or FMCG

1年以上外企订单流程工作经验,耐用消费品或快速消费品行业优先;

 

Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求

Good communication still; 良好沟通技巧

Good team working skill. 良好团队合作技巧

 

Personal Characteristics Requirement 性格特征要求

Careful and patient; 细致 耐心

Customer oriented 以客户需求为导向

Good at working in press. 能承担工作压力

 

Language ability Requirement 语言能力要求

Basic speaking/written/read skill in English; 基本英语读写能力

Computer literacy Requirement 电脑知识要求

Be proficient in operation skill on Microsoft, especially on excel, PowerPoint.
