Chosen Candidate will be part of the Key Accounts Sales team in Cairo and will be responsible for driving the sales in the specialized chains
Responsibilities you will be having:
Achieve territory / channel budget (Target) per volume and value (monthly) to achieve the company sales target.
Develop and monitor the Journey plans and set all the modification to ensure the efficiency of the (new orders, display, maintain relationship with customers)
Compliance with the credit policy and utilize the financial facilities to open new customers and retain current ones through credit facilitations.
Drive sales activity “ promotions” through customers to achieve annual sales target (and increase sales with customers)
Work directly with key customers to meet their needs and close the strategic orders.
Develop and manage operations and processes within the sales territory / channel (in order to increase sales)
Ensure the successful delivery of the sales order (with sales operations dept. in order to achieve sales target and customer satisfaction)
Enhance the company visibility by executing display plans to ensure proper display at the showrooms.
Review sales forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet the overall sales objectives.
Determine the appropriate no. of SKUs that customer should deal with in order to meet the customer profile needs
Handles all complains with consumer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance (to ensure targeted customers achievements , traffic , demand)
Ensure the execution of the new product launches in order to ensure (creation with the customers , new order , put in display)
From 1 to 3 years of experience in key Accounts
Holds a driving license
Relevant product knowledge
Experience in retail, customer service
Good practitioner of MS office applications
Ability to work in a Fast - passed environment
Adequate Communication & presentation skills
