channel store employees' product training

 門市產品庫存及銷售管理

channel store stock check and control as well as maintaining display
completeness and cleaness
6)     
 PROMOTER培養.訓練.輔導以及管理

Part time promoter product training and supervising
7)     
 末端消費者客訴處理

The end of the disposal of consumer complaints
8)     
市場產品訊息調查.蒐集.分析研究和評估

Competition product informaiton gathering and information sharing
9)     
公司產品之銷售及品牌推廣

Sales of the company's products and brand promotion
10) 
門市店促及陳列位置協談

channel store promotions and display position to negotiate

Minimum Qualification






Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills /

Education :




University grad,
Business admin major preferred




Technical Skills :




Analytical, sales management, Channel sales management,  




Preferred Career Experience :




A proved sales track record with 10 year of experience in a leadership role,
Sales, channel
sales, negotiations, sales management, leadership, team player




Soft Competencies :




Strong leadership
Solid team player
Effective negotiation skills
English, Computer  such as office 2003/2007




Other Requirements :
Language:
Fluent to write,
read, speak : Mandaerin
Fluent to speak, :
Taiwanese
Fluent to read,
write, speak : English fluency preferred and would be an added advantage
 
Efficient in MS office
Automobile with a valid car driving license




Auto licence with car
