ROLE OBJECTIVES:
Reporting to the Head of TMO and Sell In/Sell Out Process, the Sales Process and Tools Specialist is responsible for improving current processes and tools in the cluster and implementing new ones in alignment with the Central TMO & Sell In/Sell Out Process team, with a clear target to support profitable growth.

The Sales Process and Tools Specialist must be prepared to challenge existing processes and be creative in finding solutions that are in line with the ever-evolving needs of the business.  You will work cross-functionally with other departments, leading and supporting projects to drive the continuous development of our tools and efficiency within the business, in order to maximize sell in and sell out.

KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Development of Sales Force Management (SFM) tool and lead/ support the rollout within the Cluster, follow up on query resolution, training of new users, ongoing support to sales teams in usage;
• Maintain shopfloor app tool in CEE, lead/ support the rollout in new countries (Turkey), follow up on query resolution, training of new users; ongoing support to TMO & sales community in usage;
• Sell out dashboards roll out in CEE: facilitate Key Accounts in customer agreements, deliver training on the tool, ongoing support in usage; 
• Ensure consistency of the data between  different tools & systems in CEE;
• Launch new 2019 ST&P tools: Key Account Planning & Voyager (Pilot Poland, roll out CEE);
• Support the implementation of other sales process and tools initiatives, where relevant (dealer locator, trade survey etc.);
• Identify and develop standardized sales support tools (ex. commercial presentation)
• Participate in Key User Role meetings/calls; 
• Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis;
• Time split 20% operational support PLM, 80% CEE;
