The Mission of the Regional Category and Marketing Specialist is to lead commercial launch and strategic 360 integrated marketing initiatives in order to achieve a best-in-class consumer experience pre, at and post purchase and to meet both brand and sales targets.
The Product Marketing Manager is also the Electrolux brand guardian in APAC. He/she ensures alignment with the global Brand Guideline and consistency of execution across APAC in order to achieve a premium position of our Electrolux Brand in the market.



I Marketing Intelligence, Market requirements & Commercial Launch

• Responsible for frontloading, regional marketing requirements and needs briefing & commercial launch process
• Market, trend analysis and Benchmarking analysis for new and existing markets
• Consolidates market intelligence from all countries / clusters and helps with preparation of regional roadmap
• Product range consolidation, channels and price positioning
• Represents regional marketing in commercial launch project teams

II 360 Marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Responsible for the APAC Integrated Marketing Activity Plan (IMAP) in close collaboration with Marketing Managers in the APAC markets
• Supervision and track of campaigns defined in the APAC IMAP, including preparation, implementation and ongoing tracking of results
• Supports in developing the yearly APAC 360 SDA Marketing Strategy
• Responsible for brand training and ensuring consistency of execution in APAC
• Lead monthly Marketing forum with markets

III Localization and sharing of global assets
• Responsible for driving and executing localization of global created assets (Messaging, Packaging, key visuals, imagery and videos, printing artworks)
• Consolidation and sharing of localized assets with the markets
• Responsible for regional assets creation


• (40%) Frontloading and Commercial Launch
• (40%) Driving and executing localization
• (20%) Marketing Campaigns and key strategic initiatives



• Internal: APAC Category and Marketing Director, APAC regional team, marketing managers and Category Managers in the countries, Global Marketing Team, Central Business Unit, Project managers
• External: Agencies (for APAC localization of assets)

Minimum Qualification


• University degree in Marketing or related area
• 5-10 years’ experience in Product Marketing (Frontloading, Commercial launch)
• Experience in white goods industry is a plus
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
