We are currently looking for Security Automation Engineer to be a part of Electrolux Group Information Security and Control Team responsible for safeguarding Electrolux IT environment from threat actors. The role is based in our Global Shared Service Centre office in Krakow, no travel is required.

Responsibilities:

As a Security Automation Engineer you will be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing  web application scanning solution. Your duties will include:
• Managing web application scanning solution 
• Managing web application scans  and scan schedules
• Keeping web application inventory up to date,
• Expanding the process to cover new areas
• Supervising execution of automated scans
• Communicating scan results to application owners
• Develop and execute continuous improvement activities
• Automation of common, repeatable tasks

Overseeing and managing  vulnerability remediation platform  (custom in-house build platform to support remediation activities). Your duties will include: 
• Platform monitoring & bug fixing
• Development of new functionalities based on the user’s feedback and CISO direction
• Supporting applications owners in queries about the tool/process
• Supporting applications owners in vulnerability remediation activities 

Preparation of security metrics:
• Support preparation of security metrics for CISO dashboard
• Automate and script generation of security metrics

Building automation:
• Identify improvement areas, innovate and automate security processes
• Integrate existing security solutions through APIs and scripts
• Evaluate and build new solutions supporting Information Security Roadmap and CISO requirements

You:

• 3-5 years of practical hands-on experience in the area if IT Security, ideally with direct exposure to Vulnerability Management processes
• Working knowledge of OWASP and MITRE att&ck frameworks
• Experience working with at least one of the following tools: vulnerability scanning, Security Information Event Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, Web Application Security, Incident Response Platform
• Proven experience in programming and scripting (Microsoft & Linux environment)
• Working with databases
