Senior Industrial Engineer
You will be responsible for leading and review the design, specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning of new tooling, new assembly line and related equipment to improve the refrigerator process to be more effectiveness.
You will set up the target, follow up to continue improvement of the factory key processes by achieve multiple project within budget guideline.
A Typical Day
Lead design, specification, acquisition, installation and commissioning of new tooling and a new assembly line and related equipment in the processes.
Review PFMEA, risk assessment and RIBA concern with APQP.
Drive the industrialization plan and new model launch.
Work within budget guidelines and raise Investment request support.
Continuous improvement of the factory key processes in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People category.
Regular reporting to management on progress.
Drive Process improvement in EMS gear process, Line balance, Waste elimination, Line side materials that relate to EMS principles.
Who You Are
Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or other related field with engineering experiences
At least 5 - 7 years in combination of managing the engineering with hands-on engineering design, develop and modify activities.
Strong experience related to product & manufacturing technology development & transferring, continuous process improvement activities of lean manufacturing & six sigma, and performance monitoring & control by business plan deployment
Good of products knowledge
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly line, mold and die preferably home appliance.
Able to participate effectively as a team leader or team member.
Strong problem-solving techniques and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Strong in Project management.
Able to communicate very well (both written and verbal) to all levels of company personnel, and with outside contacts.
Able to align the Engineering Department performance to the Company Vision, goals, objectives, and Critical Success Measures.
Ability to apply EMS concepts for process development and improvement.
Ability to utilize Auto CAD, MS Project & MS Office tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
