Senior Logistics Coordinator,
Budapest


As part of the Electrolux Global Supply Chain Organization you will be responsible for manage and control the logistics flow between our suppliers and our supply planning team.


A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

Your focus will be the following:

• Collect existing and forecasted orders from the Supply Planning Team 
• Manage and control the purchase order process of sourced products in a timely manner, with high accuracy
• Manage the relationship with our supply planning team and suppliers according to the agreed service level
• Arrange and control the goods’ physical flow according to the agreed delivery terms
• Ensure that production of all orders will happen on time 
• Follow up the production plans proactively and identify any changes and take immediate actions to minimize the impact 
• Follow up the loading and shipment status of the orders to ensure that requested shipping dates are respected
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on order statuses 
• Be responsible for shipping documentation, including invoicing flow in conjunction with our Suppliers and Sales companies
• Handle the claim reports that are arising during transportation, drive the related negotiations with suppliers, carriers and supply planning team
• Ensure that any other daily operational issues will be handled in a professional manner and with urgency
• Inform and escalate operational issue to Line Manager
• Be responsible for weekly reports to ensure the KPI’s fulfilments and operational excellence
• Take participation in process improvement related projects
• Drive IT improvements to ensure the best output of our tools 
• Ad-hoc reporting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years work experience in operational work related to logistics, transportation, manufacturing, Supply Chain operations
• Experience of supplier, customer relations management
• Knowledge of international trade, transportations and shipping 
• SAP knowledge 
• Excel knowledge (upper intermediate level)
• English and Hungarian: upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken 
• Any other language is an advantage
