Senior Manager Insights & Capabilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and consumer focussed insight and marketing capability professional who wants to be part of this exciting change journey at Electrolux. You will be part of the Global Marketing team and based in our dynamic global headquarters in Stockholm.

A typical day at work
You will shape and inform the long-term plans for consumer and shopper insights and capabilities for Electrolux globally. This includes:

Insights focus:
• Manage projects to uncover insights along our consumer experience journey, coordinate insights projects across multiple countries and business units
• Drive activation of insights into a business by embedding principles  
• Synthesize multiple sources and provide a consumer perspective, represent the voice of the consumer
• Cascade learnings and engage with sectors 
• Develop best practice insight tools and methods
• Influence sector MEI colleagues and pro-actively work to reach a common understanding of challenges and opportunities 
• Independently bring teams and stakeholders along 
• Work with and support the Global Marketing Team, bringing the voice of the consumer to the centre of the discussions
• Actively contribute to and be part of remote expert communities in consumer, shopper and ownership  

Marketing capabilities: 
• Support the definition and development of our ELX Marketing capability and learning agenda in marketing and beyond. 
• Drive consumer centricity in Marketing agenda
• Identify suitable capability building interventions, behaviour changes and develop material and sources with CMO team and external partner 
• Support the building of sector teams marketing skills 
• Work closely with stakeholders globally to build success in their sectors 
• Support and facilitate scaling and fast adapt, through continuous sharing 
• Oversee communication from MEI

Key requirements
• >7 years of proven successful track record in implementing in a consumer-centric environment
• Demonstrated insight experience and knowledge
• Able to join dots and see opportunities  
• Extensive project management experience
• Experience in generating behavior changing insight  & identifying effective levers of engagement  
• Commercial understanding 
• Expert knowledge of Capability building. 
• Experience from capability building, using remote and technology supported tools  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
