JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Ÿ Work collaboratively with business team locally, regionally and globally and ensure marketing strategies are executed and adapted to China market needs.

Ÿ Manage and coordinate Digital Media relationships and marketing execution with chosen partners.

Ÿ Manage content and functionality of Digital media; including but not limited to the Internet, on-line distribution of video/content, webcasting, mobile, on-screen, E-commerce, database and social networks under brand guidelines and cohesive message across all consumer touch points.

Ÿ Drive agencies to develop digital Campaign for brand building and product education, digital industry trend and consumer insight / behavior evolvement

Ÿ Manage digital content workflow process to ensure proper and timely placement of materials.

Ÿ Manage communication of interactive marketing out to key constituents including sales, retail, and wholesale partners

Ÿ Partnership with E-commerce team from content and calendaring synergy to maximize overall business return

Ÿ Continuous online tracking, analytic and reports for business insight, campaign tracking and campaign optimization to constantly maximize ROI.

Ÿ Partner with regional team for China positioning rebranding project

Ÿ Partner with local sales team to maximize and optimize MKT messaging.

Ÿ Act as key MKT contact until Marketing Director and full team is onboard.

Ÿ Company understanding- culture / people, Consumer, category, competition etc

Ÿ Training- Retail expedition (May), Digital expedition (June), MKT APAC forum (Aug)

Ÿ Content revolution project (EC&PIMS)

Ÿ EC Learning and optimization

Ÿ Liaise with trade MKT for traditional model hero store optimization

Ÿ China rebranding (own China BR with BMI)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Ÿ Bachelor degree or above, marketing related major preferred- proficiency in English speaking and writing.

Ÿ More than 8 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing and agency experience to be preferred with Ÿ proven track record of business and brand building results.

Ÿ Good at learning, familiar with the means of digital marketing and advertising communication methods

Ÿ Positive work attitude, and with team spirit. Independent, self-starter with can do attitude

Ÿ Proven ability to work with external agencies and recognize and maximize creative ideas

Ÿ Proven project management.
