Your Role

Senior Model Shop Engineer for supports Fabric Care products, to lead the prototype build according to product specification and requirement, Jig and fixture making support testing and assembling, Test machine management system to identify and tracking, Laboratory facilities support. He or she also does evaluate/analysis test results and reporting.

A Typical Day

Lead team and Prepares lab activities related to Model shop.
Feedback the test results and preliminary analysis of prototype
Actively participates in the development of new projects.
Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems.
Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills.
Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.
Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.
Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities.
Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.
Builds productive relationships within and outside of own team.
Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.
Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, technology and competence.
Precision in project targets achievement (product development and timing)
To provide improvement and innovation proposals
Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement.
Contributes actively in team activities, sharing experience and ideas
Quality Management according to ISO17025, ISO50001, and ISO 14001.
Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency
Model Shop facilities and equipment’s control.
Model Shop capabilities and improvement planning.

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge.
3-7 years’ experience in CAD 3D/2D, CAM, CNC operation, Metal, Molding, Foaming.
Experience in Mechanical component, design and assembly.
Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
Creative & Proactive
Team oriented
Willing to travel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
