Provide day to day support to the Ownership Solutions team in their administrative matters.
A Typical Day
· Support for Month End Closing
· Prepare outright service report & bill ASC for the admin charges (cash collection by ASC)
· Generation of weekly or monthly reports.
· Follow up on open cases.
· Filing and archiving of documents
· Support and run inquiry on JDE system.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Who You Are
· Strong communication skills
· Fast starter
· Equipped with fairly good PC literacy skills
· Comfortable with Microsoft Office
· Able to work independently.
