Consumer & Customer Care
Working closely with other functions within the Ownership Solutions team to provide best in class after sales services to the consumers.
Other than the daily work scope, the candidate is expected to represent the function and take part in various initiatives/projects.
A Typical Day
- Support business backend operations
- Report and escalate issues to relevant teams.
- Participate in the various initiatives rolled out by the department.
- Conduct onboarding/refresher training.
- Preparing/ updating processes documentation.
- Able to pick up concepts and grasp business requirements
- Possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- Good communicator and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify, propose and rollout changes.
- Ability to see things in the bigger picture.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- MS Access, Power BI and SAP module are added advantage
