POSITION DESCRIPTION:

1.        管理区域内所有授权服务网点的日常业务,包括但不限于:

1)       日常网点维修服务单监测及网点接单,关单时间监督;

2)      网点服务质量管控;

3)     服务数据收集;

4)     日常投诉处理,及对于重点用户信息进行跟踪处理;

 

2.       对授权服务网点的各项绩效指标进行监控和考核以达到伊莱克斯的服务标准

3.      给予授权网点相关的培训和支持

4.      为所在区域“伊莱克斯优选”业务销售业务拓展提供支持

5.      重点规划并发展“伊莱克斯优选”项目的客户体验及服务延伸

6.      定期进行有效的数据分析,优化各项指标和服务流程

7.      完成直线经理布置的其他工作

 

 

资质背景:       

1.        3-5年以上相关行业服务经验,有维修技术知识,家电行业为优

2.       具备较强的管理能力

3.      自我学习及约束能力强

 

学历要求:大专以上

 

主要技能要求:

良好的沟通技巧

积极乐观的服务心态

能承受工作压力

对家电产品技术维修具备一定的知识了解

具备一定的英文读写能力

熟悉电脑办公室软件操作,数据分析等技能
