Consumer & Customer Care
You will be part of a team to provide Technical support to our service network of Authorized Service Contractors (ASC) and Contact Centre. You are also required to carry out troubleshooting and repairs both in-house and onsite.
A Typical Day
Communicating and providing technical advice and support to Authorized Service Contractors (ASC) and Contact Centre
Doing troubleshooting and carrying out repairs at customers' premises.
Carrying out modification works and reworks in workshop/warehouse
Who You Are
technically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
Possess a hands-on mindset.
Able to work independently.
Possess a Class 3 Driving license.
Comfortable communicating with customer.
