Your Role


You will be part of a team to provide Technical support to our service network of Authorized Service Contractors (ASC) and Contact Centre. You are also required to carry out troubleshooting and repairs both in-house and onsite.



A Typical Day


  • Communicating and providing technical advice and support to Authorized Service Contractors (ASC) and Contact Centre

  • Doing troubleshooting and carrying out repairs at customers' premises.

  • Carrying out modification works and reworks in workshop/warehouse

Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

  • technically inclined with good troubleshooting skills

  • Possess a hands-on mindset.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Possess a Class 3 Driving license.

  • Customer oriented

  • Comfortable communicating with customer.
