The responsibilities:
• Possibility to grow new role within our structure
• Offering an outstanding online experience to our consumers by responding to their messages on social media and chat
• Engaging the community by having online conversations with our consumers and making sure they feel part of the Electrolux-community
• Daily monitoring of all online activity around our brands
• Solving consumer service issues via social media
• Answering messages on complaints and review sites
• Exceeding the consumer expectation by offering that bit of extra service
• Responding to customer needs and looking for commercial opportunities

Who you are:
• Bachelor degree
• 2 years’ work experience in a similar position 
• You have affinity with and are active on social media
• You are fluent in spoken and written English 
• You work independently and in a structure way
• You show initiative and are solution oriented
• Copywriting skills are a must 
• You know Google Analytics
