Product Sourcing is an organization managing the Sourcing, Project development, Quality and Supply Chain for a wide scope of Sourced OEM products including Home Comfort, Cooking, Refrigeration, Dishwashers, Fabric Care, Floor Care and Small Domestics Appliance from Asia Pacific and European countries.


Within the Product Sourcing team, there is an opportunity for the position of Global Sourcing Manager of Small Domestic Appliance. The candidate is responsible for sourcing OEM & ODM SDA for all regions in Electrolux group.



The global SDA Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the sourcing and supplier management activities of supply chain, play an important role in develop and implement Electrolux SDA global sourcing strategy. The applicant should have extensive experience working with finished white goods supplier base, particularly for SDA, and in-depth knowledge of raw materials, manufacture process and cost structure.

-        As part of the SDA sourcing team, responsible for defining and implement sourcing strategy for all the allocated spending

-        Contribute to develop the strategic sourcing vision for finished products with Global Experience Board (GXB) and Stakeholder from Business Area.

-        Manage Supplier Relationship, Performance and Contracting based on clear targets, supporting develop and maintain strategic relationship with key suppliers.

-        Develop & Maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, and internal business and functional stakeholders.

-        Manage all sourcing activities through product life cycle in area of supplier management, lead all supplier price, capacity and contract negotiation’

-        Lead annually supplier performance reviews, corrective actions, assign owner, and follow up to close all supplier improvement and requirements and actions.



-        Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or business management with minimum 5 years working experience related to supply chain, manufacture, global sourcing with high volume of home appliances.

-        Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of Quality system, demanding flow and change management. Working knowledge of placing and working with Sourcing

-        contracts.

-        Preferable knowledge of working within the white goods or consumer appliance industry.

-        Track record delivering high value opportunities to optimize spend and TCO with corresponding business cases and execution plans.

-        Strong communication skill, with can-do attitude and able to manage and influence stakeholders, able to work cross multi nations and functional teams.

-        Knowledge of procurement tools, able to analyze data and information, solve problems and make decision

-        Willing to have extensive travel within China, and some long-haul international trip

-        Strong character with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly within a multi

-        national and cross functional team.

-        Prepared and able to work within a high paced and diverse, Global business environment.
