Job Purpose:
Ensure that all spares orders and enquiries into the office are processed in a professional, timely and cost effective way. Provide excellent customer service at all times. To reflect the professional company image through all communications and action, both internally and externally. Provide support to the rest of the business in relation to spares order processing for Food and Laundry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prompt resolution of spare parts enquiries from customers, colleagues and group logistics teams.
• To be responsible for processing all spares orders in a professional, timely and cost effective manner
• Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• To reflect the professional company image through all communications and actions, both internally and externally.
• To provide assistance and back-up to all team members within the department as and when required
•  To manage customer enquiries (direct or indirect) relating to products, product availability and price enquiries via email and phone
• Help customers and engineers to identify correct part numbers
• To process and expedite orders received from customers for EFS and ELS
• To process and expedite orders for warranty jobs
• Liaise with group factories on progress of spare parts and chase for late or long lead time items.
• Provide customers with support and guidance on B2B programme and drive further usage
• To undertake, or assist with specific or general tasks as requested by the Line Manager
• To attend training as required

General Experience:
• PC literate, with experience Microsoft Office would be advantageous 
• Administration experience; sales administration preferable 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to work accurately under pressure 
• Able to manage many tasks simultaneously 
• Must be able to work on own initiative

Specific Experience:
• Able to think ahead, anticipate deadlines and plan in advance 
• Able to prioritise workload on a continuous basis, and review priorities in order that both urgent and important tasks are accomplished 
• Able to contribute in a team environment, but can be independent in areas of own responsibility  
• Flexible
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills  

Qualifications:
• Minimum requirement of GCSE (or equivalent) passes in core subjects (English, Maths etc).
