  • Approve new components/suppliers.
  • Ensure patents are cleared for any developed technology to be used and components have agency compliance certificates.
  • Responsible for component cost modeling (e.g. valves, filters, tanks, hoses, connectors, etc.).

  • With a number of projects running simultaneously, flexibility and agility are essential.
  • You can quickly understand and assess a situation and react confidently, making decisions even where there is ambiguity.
  • You ask and you listen, you take ideas on board and work with your team, taking everyone in the same direction.
  • You want to know everything about everything – then you take it all apart and put it back together.
  • You love to explore new ideas and drive continuous improvement, not only to do your best work but to develop your capabilities and acquire new skills.
  • Maximizing efficiencies and hitting KPIs are just the beginning: your real passion is delivering products that change and enhance lives. The rest is a bonus.
