To drive EMS in plant to achieve plant target of
A Typical Day
Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) implementation.
Conducting EMS training and workshops, Continuous Improvement Project.
Lead EMS change agents.
Lead of Conduct for Plant Assessment Audit and review EMS implementation PA.
Lead of Audit and review Standardized work, standard time and methods.
Introduction and communication with EMS changes Agent.
Taking the responsibility for organizing production processes according to lean manufacturing approach.
To initiate and follow up projects to improve optimization of line balancing, ergonomics of workstations, cost reduction projects.
Monthly Performance Lean Report (Dashboard, Etc.) to Global and Conference Meeting
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering Field
5-7 years in quality assurance or related fields
Experience in Lean MFG and lean Material flow, Lean sigma or similar (5S, Waste Elimination, Visual Management, Standardized Work, Teaming, Problem Solving, Setup Improvement, TPM, Jidoka, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Lean Material Flow, (Inbound Logistics, Plan for every part, Kanban, Supermarkets, Pull systems, PFEP, mixed model flow, Single Piece Flow, etc.)
Driver for standards and methods of practical use including best-practice approval: supports plant in correct implementation of these methods.
Understands and demonstrates how to tie business, functional and operational demands and enabling technologies that can help drive quality process improvements for the benefit of the business.
Good communication and coordinate with others related function.
Pro-Active Lead/Guideline for Team implement tools Problems Solving.
Computer: MS Word, Excel, Power Point
English & Thai Speaking.
