The Sr Manager will report to the head of commercial finance and act as a key business partner to the Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial oversight and support for the key activities of the sales channels aligned with the commercial strategy. The team is a critical link between the sales, marketing, product line and operations groups and provides valuable daily insight to the financial performance through analysis and reporting.


  • Participate in the ongoing business management by providing counsel to business leaders regarding implications of business decisions as well as forecasting future performance.
  • Drive profitable growth with key focus on pricing, margins, cash, cost productivity, and simplification.
  • Compile and manage P&L, KPI dashboards, reports, slide packs for performance reviews.
  • Responsible for consolidation of monthly US Sales results including accurate reporting of channel profitability and preparation of executive monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Identify levers to aid delivering long term growth and profitability.
  • Provide annual projections, periodic forecasts, and business overview (profitability per channel/platform/market).
  • Provide support related to Sales and Sales related program in the completion of the 3-year strategic plan.

Minimum Qualification


  • BS/BA in Finance/Business Administration is required. MBA is a plus.
  • +10 years of progressive financial analysis/accounting experience required, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience within a commercial environment is a plus.
  • Proven demonstration of the highest level of integrity and composure.
  • Master level ability in Microsoft Office suite. SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
