As a Sr. Finance Commercialization Manager, you will be a strong business partner and collaborator to the Ownership Solutions Sales, Product Line, Operations and Marketing Teams to ensure connectivity, shape, influence and collaborate in order to drive growth and change. You will lead and drive the pricing strategy in the Ownership Solutions team to further develop a strong Pricing/Commercialization team in OS.  As the finance business partner for the Sr. Director of the Sales, you will provide the financial acumen required to deliver on business strategies, demands, targets and business strategies of the Ownership Solutions team by providing proposed action steps to ensure delivery of financial targets and commitments. You will positively impact the Ownership Solutions sales team’s ability to forecast, monitor, control, track, analyze key performance indicators, and drive profitable growth.


  • Manages and controls total pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions and fully responsible for the pricing execution team’s daily activity
    Provide annual projections, periodic forecasts, and business architecture (profitability per channel/platform/market) analyses as required.
  • Perform pricing support activities including but not limited to competitive reviews, new price generation, and discrepancy resolution while also communicating financial performance, implications and recommendations as well as accurate financial reports to management
  • Responsible for the monthly implementation and communication of price lists to all sales channels with documentation to support and in-line with internal audit guidelines while maintaining pricing systems/tools, execution of pricing for all aftermarket parts for all channels
  • Analyze financial impact of price approach on profitability of customer, establish and monitor metrics for assessing business unit’s performance relative to strategic objectives and goals
  • Responsible for processing customer claims, credits and rebates and ensure quality control over financial transactions as well as providing the calculation and interpretation of the Price/Volume/Mix and potential impacts to our margins
  • Create special reports as needed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to develop and document standard operating procedures and seek continues improvement opportunities and data automation
  • Lead development of analytical tools (both tactical and strategic) including scenarios to reach growth and profitability targets while working to strengthen and support the internal control environment and compliance activities to safeguard the sector assets

Minimum Qualification

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field and preferably a master’s degree, CPA or CMA
  • 7+ years of experience in relevant finance roles, preferably in commercial finance /pricing for consumer products and 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in financial reporting, analysis, sales trends and pricing strategy with the ability to think strategically as well as manage and handle the details
  • Experience working SAP and other ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI) and SQL
