Role and responsibility:


(Cost plus) Suning Wet&Aircon project

1.     Developing business plans including stores and service station, based on a thorough understanding of trade trend, customer requirements and performance

2.     Implement to hit sales target, and follow trading terms to handle customer bargaining

3.     Work with SN to develop products plan, and agree launch initiatives and support levels from SN (and/or distributor if approriate)

4.     Negotiate price that product is bought at by SN, agree specific discount and counter performance

5.     Developing a productive working relationship with both the key buyers and other customer functions (e.g. supply chain, finance)

6.     Propose and agree allocation of display space of Wet&A/C category for Electrolux brand



1.     SN Wet&A/C new product on-time launch (>90%)

2.     SN Wet&A/C by quarter sales achievement

3.     Completion rate of distributor contract

4.     Completion rate of distributor historical issue termination (via plan)


Job requirement:

1.     Bachlor or above

2.     3 years background of sales, sales admin, or product management

3.     Home appliance or FMCG industry prefered

4.     Proactive, good communication skill, and closely follow-up skill required
