Job responsibility is to develop and increase the business of Electrolux WG in Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia by developing the existing network of distributors and dealers, reorganizing it when needed,
developing contacts with Key Accounts and ensure all business segments are covered to grow the company turnover in a significant and constant manner. Focus on best in class consumer experience.

Determines own work plan and coordinates input from others. Able to structure deals and reach agreement on service levels. Develops and maintains excellent relationships and communication with internal and/or external customers.

• Responsible for the Net Sales and Gross Profit in the Area Participates in the definition of the Sales strategies for the Area and is responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy.

• Increase the market penetration through the identification of new distribution channels (dealers or customers) developing existing and new customers by providing them with advises and training on the products and concepts of Electrolux.

• Liaise with internal departments such as Credit , Marketing , Engineering , RRHH, Customer Services & Logistics for all the sales-connected activity.
