Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer 

Location: Świdnica, Poland 

To our local Quality Team we are looking for a talented individual with high motivation and “can do” attitude who is willing to face the challenge as the SQA Engineer.


• Introducing new electronic/ electrical components at factory quality level
• Analyzing electronic/ electrical components and problem solving with accordance to corrective action process. 
• Conducting reliability tests of components. 
• Issuing and verification of 8D reports. 
• Quality visits and audits to suppliers. 
• Suppliers evaluation and performance improvement. 
• Internal and External Communication. 


• Electronics or Electromechanical background.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements knowledge, 
• Practical experiences with key quality tools like QFD, FMEA, SPC, 7 Steps, Improvement, 5s. 
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar position. 
• Driving license. 
• Fluent Polish and English is required.
