1.  Accuracy checking and correction all import shipping documents from suppliers and send to AP team, shipping agent for customs clearance process within a month of invoice date.
2.  Accuracy checking and correction the import entry and confirm back to shipping agent for further process.
3.  Prepare all needed documents to accounting to make payment for customs duty (E-payment) after received official import entry from shipping agent.
4.  Inform and send the information of shipment to warehouse to make goods received.
5.  Follow up all shipment expense from shipping agent and submit to supervisor approve and send to accounting for further process.
6.  Submit data in NSW (National Single Window) for customs and TISI department for all import shipment that need TISI license.
7.  Prepare all needed documents to warehouse team in order to process warehouse inspection.
8.  Submit report to Department of Foreign Trade for rice cooker inventory status.
9.  Renewal import license for rice cooker.
10.  Follow up monthly report from shipping agent. (shipment report, clearing cost report)
11.  Other job assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualification


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistic or any other related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, import-export, warehouse administration.
  3. Having experience from multinational trading company will be an advantage.
  4. Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
