Reports To – Supply Chain / Senior Supply Chain Manager

 

JOB PURPOSE

Take demand and supply planning including purchasing and replenish stock among factories and branch warehouses

Control inventory setting to meet supply chain related targets

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Work with sales, product line, sourcing and supplier, go through: rolling sales forecast, operational resource, and productivity plans that provide purchasing instructions

·        Prepare, drive and push regular planning forward, and adjust in time according to condition changes

·        Demand and supply management: balance supply & demand when meet supply tight or goods shortage

·        Inventory control: maintain inventory in a reasonable stock to meet customer/sales demand, remove and clear unhealthy stock including slow mover/non mover stock and damage/end of life stock

·        Work with logistics team to utilize and optimize whole supply operation; as well as logistics efficiency and cost saving

·        Work with supply point to manage goods purchasing and replenishment operation and follow up

·        Handle supplier PO invoice and reconcile with logistic GR and finance payment

·        Provide support and analysis for supply and demand situation, inventory trend, PO, GR and related reports in planning

·        Participant planning related system and IT tools enhancement

 

Educational Background & Work Experience Requirement

·        Bachelor degree or above, prefer in supply chain/purchasing/mathematic

·        3-5 years supply chain/purchase/planning working experience in international company or above, prefer in Durable Consumer Goods Industry or FMCG

 

Competence Requirement

·        Highly sensitive on data and strong analysis skill

·        Tactical thinking skill

·        Good communication and team working skill

·        Positive attitude, result driven, fast learning, good at working in pressure

·        Fluent speaking/written/read skill in English and Chinese

·        2 years of ERP system operation experience at least

·        Be proficient in operation skill on Microsoft, especially on excel, powerpoint
