We are looking for an Systems IT Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing the business needs and to identify business problems and/or process gaps, and proposing solutions in alignment with Electrolux IT standards and application strategy.

He or she typically performs a liaison function between end users, the central and local IT organization and/or external service providers. Key to this role is the understanding and deep knowledge of the IT processes and application architecture as well as the business processes 

A typical day at work:
• To work with the Central IT teams to drive the standardization of the IT application and technical infrastructure;
• To work with business key users and contributes to the business development process to identify and deliver IT solutions that enable and deliver business value;
• To collaborate with external suppliers of IT solutions to ensure Electrolux receives the best support for the local applications;
• To facilitate a convergence of business ideas with IT delivery and to assist the business in driving the delivery of business benefits from IT and process improvement initiatives;
• Represent IT in local Business initiatives
• To drive the implementation with the local management and Key Users of new/changed business processes, 
• To coordinate the testing of new application functionality with the Key Users, particularly cross functional activities;
• To produce presentations on analysis, design and solutions and communicate them in professional way;
• To write and review functional specifications and/or IT processes and to advise and give recommendations on process and functional documentation;
• To provide a service level mind set and manage service and Project deliveries with the help of external service providers or the internal IT team;
• To monitor progress with local legal change requirements and escalate as necessary;
• To manage role based security within the local organizations and act as validation point for incidents with the Key users;
• To represent the business workplace requirements towards the workplace service provider;
• To monitor local incidents and resolution times and escalate as necessary;
• To act as User Administration for some applications and Data Communication (FTS2, MQ, FTP) for new tools.

Education & Skills:
• Degree Level;
• Experience: at least 6 months in similar role (preferred in FMCG);
• Good English Skills both verbal and written;
• Good business understanding, ideally gained in a consumer products environment;
• Business process definition experience;
• SAP knowledge;
• Technical skills:  SQL+++, Microsoft SQL Server +++, Microsoft access++, Operating system;

Work Site: Madrid

We offer a “Contracto en Practicas” of 1 year with possibility of renewal. For this type of contract we need these candidate’s requisitions:
1) To have a specific qualification of: university graduate, engineer or architect or degree of equivalent degree. Be a diplomat, engineer or technical architect.
2) For those who are over 30 years, no more than 5 years have elapsed since the completion of the corresponding studies or since the validation of the degree in Spain. For those under 30 this limitation is non-existent.
