Talent Acquisition Coordinator SME Operations

This is an exciting role within the APAC & MEA Talent Acquisition Team where you ensure proper execution and coordination of the overall Talent Acquisition systems, ways of working and reports. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator has a pivotal role in the team in terms of ensuring continuous improvement on processes and reports. You need to have an insatiable hunger for process and service excellence!



  • Manage end to end process of hiring requisitions raised in the system
  • Guide hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners in the end to end process of requisition management
  • Liaise with hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) to ensure each requisition have complete, accurate and validated data
  • Ensure that each requisition has accurate data, is dispatched to and coordinated accordingly with each Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Post job advertisements on internal and external job sites
  • Conduct reference check for all shortlisted candidates identified for offer


  • Manage the end to end process of Online Assessment and Assessment Centers
  • Keeper of talent acquisition assessment process and policy
  • Liaison between Talent Acquisition Partners, Finance, and Assessment Provider
  • Dispatch online assessment to candidates
  • Establish and Manage assessment request process and tracking
  • Liaise and follow through with finance team for the timely payment of assessment invoices


  • Manage various Talent Acquisition reports on a regular basis

  • Ensure accuracy of data on all reports and databases

  • Answer queries from the HRBP’s and LM’s regarding the TA module in CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand)
  • Raise improvements to the global TA organization regarding the system based on the feedback collected in the region
  • Be a contact person for the TA Product Manager for any enhancements of the TA module for the APAC & MEA region
  • Make sure that there are clear materials to support the training and the daily usage of the system by different stakeholder: LM/ HRBP/ TAP / Employee
  • Gatekeeper of the process and drives change management to secure that people understand the reason behind why things are being done in certain ways


  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise on Talent Acquisition module of our HR Management System
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and guidelines; and related HR processes
  • Working knowledge of other HR functions


  • Strong understanding and ideas on automation of current processes
  • A continuous improvement mindset that translates to time efficient processes without negating data accuracy.

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’ internal and external customers. You should be confident in dealing with subject matter experts and leaders both from a country level and region level perspective.

You will be working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office on regular working hours and may be required to travel both domestic and international.

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Electrolux management either as required by the business and/or as part of your career development plan.

You have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or HR Information Technology


  • At least 3+ years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Experienced in MS Excel; and working experience in MS PowerPoint
  • You must have experience in Talent Acquisition tools both from data maintenance and reporting: CSOD, Cognos, Brassring, Taleo, SAP or Workday
