SUMMARY

Electrolux is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, an integral part of our team, a true consultative business partner responsible for hiring the next generation of top talent!  As a TAP at Electrolux, you will strive to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates and Hiring Managers.  You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and cross functional leaders to build effective pipelines and talent strategies.  The successful candidate will be energetic, creative, and results oriented with the ability to positively influence the growth of Electrolux North America! This role is based at our Corporate Headquarters at our office in Charlotte, NC.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a Consultative Business Partner to a function or location, demonstrating ownership for the support of their end to end Talent Acquisition needs

  • Conduct impactful intake meetings, properly qualify job requirements, and develop strategic sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool

  • Engage and partner with the business, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partner to build business acumen and ensure a successful recruiting process

  • Proactively utilize advanced skills and creative sourcing strategies, recruitment branding and networks to identify, engage and attract top talent

  • Successfully review, assess & qualify candidates against key competences, skills & experience for the job

  • Provide Hiring Managers with continuous communication throughout the process including regular progress updates, market data to help inform hiring decisions, and help drive to decision through debrief sessions

  • Reinforce a behavioral based, structured & consistent interview and feedback process

  • Collaborate, consult & influence Hiring Managers and leaders within the organizations supported, helping drive to decision

  • Effective & efficient documentation and tracking of requisition activity and applicant progression within the applicant tracking system

  • Achieve key metrics & performance indicators while maintaining partnership level agreements for success

  • Ensure compliance including posting, interviewing, pre and post hire employment documentation & background verifications

     

     

     

Minimum Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years, full lifecycle recruiting with at least 3 years in a corporate environment

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

     

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting a Manufacturing organization including Engineering, R&D as well as Corporate functions preferred

  • Proven track record implementing full recruiting life-cycle strategies to attract and hire exempt and non-exempt candidates

  • Demonstrated excellence acting as a consultative business partner, with the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Proven ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology based recruiting techniques

  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience using job boards, social media, direct sourcing and referral programs

  • Proficient using behavioral based interviewing techniques and other innovative selection methods

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively and operate within a highly matrixed environment and varying levels of management

  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and manage trusting relationships

  • Possess advanced knowledge of corporate recruiting policies, practices and industry trends

  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts

  • Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
