Take charge of recruitment . ensuring the “right people” are in the “right place” at the “right time”, To ensure related processes are managed in a professional, disciplined and customer-oriented manner.
1. Recruitment for Electrolux Hangzhou factory and other Global R&D BU, (positon analysis/interview)
Ø Human resources planning and new positions analysis;
Ø PR preparation(JD/approval from related departments and supervisors)
Ø Searching channel and manage suppliers;
Ø Conduct interview, and record all interview information.
Ø Issue offer after all required stuff prepared.
Ø To get ready for employee ID/cost center/ pc etc.
Ø Responsible for related recruitment report to finance/HQ
Ø Keep all JD updated.
Ø Responsible for inner allocation
2. Monthly recruitment status report from Hangzhou manufactory and factoryies in APAC.
3, Feedback for new hires after on-board 3 or 6 months and leaving employees.
4, Performance Appraisal management
5, Other tasks per manager arrange.
Ø Bachelor degree;
Ø 5 years above relevant work experience, At least 3 years in recruiting activities in multi-national manufacturing company
Ø Good communication skill and Good interpersonal skill
Ø Good HR knowledge in policy &recruitment process.
Ø Good command in English speaking and writing.
