We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at our Global HQ in Stockholm. You will be part of an international team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe who advises our business managers on how to find, attract and assess talents that match our culture and organization. You will be partnering with our commercials teams based in Stockholm such as Marketing, Sales or Product Development that drive either global or European strategies, where you will aim to create and develop outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. Reporting to the Europe Talent Acquisition Director, you are part of the European TA Management team and you act as TA spokesperson for our global Consumer Experience team. 

A regular day at work 
You will positively influence the commercial teams by recruiting our future talent and business leaders, and you will be dedicated to senior level roles. You will partner with our Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in order to staff our vacancies with the best candidate. You drive the recruitment process starting in our ATS, write brilliant job advertisements, head-hunt and interview candidates, train our Hiring Managers in talent acquisition strategy and guide them through the process. On the basis of your market expertise and insights, you will advise and influence business decisions. In order to attract potential talents you plan and organize employer branding events, you drive social media campaigns for recruitment and you are up to day with the latest trends in digital recruitment.

Minimum Requirements 

University Degree with a background of minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition managing end-to-end process, with a strong component of scouting and attracting passive candidates. 
You have been exposed to senior managers and you are both diplomatic and can challenge business leaders if needed. You preferably understand the challenges of an international matrix organization or know the reality from a headhunting or recruiting agency. 
ATS experience and fluent English is a must have, if you know more languages this is a plus.
