Are you a person with truly people mind-set, acting proactively, with enthusiasm and passion to recruiting, HR and business? After 1,5 year period of the replacement you will have an opportunity to take part in interesting internal recruitment processes, which we have got quite a lot because of an international environment and development culture. 


•Providing end-to-end recruitment processes in area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering. 
•Looking for a potential through identifying Electrolux Core Competences.
•Cooperating with managers on global and local level in different recruitment projects.
•Sourcing and attracting candidates.
•Demonstrating passion for Business: understand business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to managers in a recruitment area. 
•Coaching Line Managers in their role in recruitment processes and in identifying a potential according to the Electrolux Core Competences.  
•Coordinating preparation and participating in Employer Branding events at Electrolux e.g. Open days, workshops for students, factory tours. 
•Building relationship and contacts between Electrolux and targeted Universities, student’s organisations.
•Taking part in EB events at Universities, e.g. Career Week, job fairs, workshops, meetings at University


•Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Psychology/Marketing
Minimum 2 years of recruiting/HR experience 
•In-house experience is preferred, but agency/RPO background is also great
•Proven track record of driving processes forward 
•Good level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to: sourcing, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management 
•Ability to work with all media and no fear of social recruitment 
•Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure 
•Pro-activeness and “can do” attitude 
•Strong adaptability and learning ability 
•Able to make a decision based on proper judgement 
•International mindset coming from working with various cultures and levels
