Talent Learning & Development Specialist is part of the Regional Talent Learning Team and is responsible for the administration, support and advisory to Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners from EMEA region on Talent and Development processes and system usage.

A regular day at work
As operational process champion you will be collaborating closely with Senior regional and global SME’s as well as Functional Cloud Analysts, to support regional processes and system enhancements. A day at work for you would also mean: Collect documents and prepare regional process change requests. Prepare and drive process/system change implementation and training in the region. Ensure local all process related material is maintained, up to date and available to end users. Provide business with relevant reports. Delivering system and process training to end users. Being second line of escalation for HR Services organization. Close cooperation with IT.

Education & experience:
• Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing.
• Min. 2 years of HR experience.
• Deep knowledge of Learning & Development Processes.
• Experience of working with Cornerstone OnDemand and SAP will be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Excel.
